Welcome to Upperby Community Development Centre's web site. We are a local centre with over 10 years experience, providing, learning opportunities, advice and guidance to adults in our community.
Upperby CDC has its own purpose built premises based in a local primary school in the south of Carlisle and has full wheelchair access and other facilities for the disabled. Car Parking is limited, with street parking close by.

The centre is open Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00 - 16:00.
Fridays 9:00 - 15:00
Monday - Thursday evenings 19:00 - 21:00

Enrolments can be made in person or by post, phone or email.
